Doctors, dentists and Councillors will not sign decaration of good faith

The letter enclosed with this was sent to local media. We hope that you will read both these letters.
If after reading you are still facilitating the NSW Health Department to foist Water Fluoridation upon the Hastings, by your Council vote, or by your public support, we assume you have one hundred percent belief that fluoridation is totally harmless and thus will do no harm to any one drinking the Hastings water if it is Fluoridated. Therefore we ask that you publicly declare this and sign the declaration attached.
We also ask that Mr Terry Clout and Mr John Irving from the Mid North Area Health Service and all members of the Mid North Coast Area Health Service Board, which is promoting Water Fluoridation and who therefore believe that Fluoridation is harmless publicly declare their belief and sign this declaration.
We ask also that all Members of the Port Macquarie Australian Medical Association, and local Australian Dental Association members show good faith with the Hastings residents and attach their signatures to this declaration as they have also declared that they believe that Water Fluoridation is harmless.
If you believe that Water Fluoridation is completely harmless and thus see it as a good thing for the Hastings you should have no reason not to sign the enclosed document. We would appreciate your returning this document in the envelope provided to our organization.
We will be publishing the names of those who are promoting and supporting Water Fluoridation using their position of trust in the Hastings but who do not have the courage to declare financial liability should Water Fluoridation cause harm to anyone in the Hastings, now or in the future.
The people of the Hastings deserve at least this declaration to be signed by those who would impose and support the imposition of Water Fluoridation on the Hastings.

Declaration to Hastings residents and visitors.
Councillor/ Doctor/ Mr/Mrs/Ms, I …………………………………here declare on this day ….. (d)……….. (m) …………… (yr), in the presence of the witnesses, …………………………………… and, ………………………………… that medication with fluoride from Fluoridation of the water supplies is absolutely safe for general health.
I herewith commit myself that if, in the course of the water fluoridation of the Hastings Council Area, certain side effects to the health of the population should become apparent and if these side effects should be scientifically proven to have been caused by water fluoridation, to restore with my own money all costs for those people who have fallen ill, be it for medical help, hospitalisation, laboratory costs, lost income and or lost quality of life.
I will not only restore these costs when the side effects appear after a short time but I also declare myself liable and will restore the costs should these side effects become apparent after some twenty or thirty years and I will agree to put a codicil in my will that in the case of my decease before the side effects are proven, my heirs will bear the costs from my estate.
I will also find myself duty bound, if discoveries are made that children living in artificially fluoridated regions suffer from greater incidence of birth defect and deformities than compared to those in non-fluoridated regions, to nurse or have nursed at least one such handicapped child and to pay the costs out of my own pocket.
I declare with emphasis that I will only take these obligations concerning the fluoridation of the water supplies which I promote with so much strength. They are not valid for medication with fluoride tablets and fluoridated toothpaste, or any other form in which fluoride can be given other than fluoridation of the water supplies.
I give this declaration as a token of my good faith in propagating the fluoridation of the water supplies at to give emphasis to my absolute belief in the safety of this measure for every individual unto whom this measure will be applied.
